1. Return Policy
- No Returns: As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once they have been delivered, unless the product is damaged or defective.
- Exceptions: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return or replacement process.
2. Refund Policy
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you receive is damaged, spoiled, or defective, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. To process your request, please follow the steps below:

- Provide clear photographs of the damaged/defective item and packaging for verification.
- Once the issue is verified, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement, as per your preference.
3. Process for Refund
- Refund Mode: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used while placing the order. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Non-Refundable Situations: We will not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after receiving the product.
- Improper storage of the product after delivery, leading to spoilage.
- Late reporting of issues beyond the 48-hour window.
4. Replacement Policy
- In case of a damaged or defective product, you can choose to receive a replacement instead of a refund.
- The replacement will be processed at no additional cost and will be shipped to you within the standard delivery time.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
